Absolute Flow Pilates

Absolute Flow is a boutique Pilates studio that opened it's doors in January of 2014. Since its expansion in March of 2015, the studio also offers small classes on reformers and springboards, each individual is able to receive attention and to better their form within their first few sessions. The focus is to help each client reach their goals. We help attain these goals by specific workouts that strengthen the body, and work towards an overall mind and body connection. One will see that everyone that works at Absoulte Flow is dedicated to helping individuals make healthy life choices

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates that promotes and focuses on spinal health. It's popularity has grown world wide. Millions everywhere participate in this discipline, helping them to gain a mind/body connection. People have come to the understanding that its benefits are not limited to the young , super fit, or the extreme athlete. Pilates allows for different exercises to be modified in a range of difficulty from beginning to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.
